The STM32F103xC, STM32F103xD, and STM32F103xE performance line family is powered by the high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core, running at 72 MHz. These microcontrollers feature high-speed embedded memory, with Flash memory of up to 512 Kbytes and SRAM up to 64 Kbytes, along with a broad array of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. Each device is equipped with three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers (plus two PWM timers), and a comprehensive set of communication interfaces, including up to two I2C, three SPI, two I2S, one SDIO, five USARTs, a USB, and a CAN.
