4. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Some items (like software or opened accessories) may not be eligible due to hygiene or licensing restrictions.
Process:

Go to 'My Orders' and select the item
Request a return and print the return label
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once the item is shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can request a return after delivery (see Return Policy above).
