About this item
The LuckFox Pico RV1103 is an ultra-compact Linux development board built around a Rockchip RV1103 SoC that integrates an ARM Cortex-A7 CPU, RISC-V MCU, NPU, and ISP—all on one board. The ARM core runs at approximately 1.2 GHz and handles general-purpose Linux workloads, while the onboard RISC-V MCU is optimized for rapid low-power tasks like model loading and peripheral control. An embedded Neural Processing Unit (NPU) delivers around 0.5 TOPS (up to 1.0 TOPS in int4 mode), supporting quantized neural models in int4, int8, and int16 formats. Image processing is handled by an advanced ISP capable of capturing up to 4 MP at 30 fps, with built-in support for HDR, WDR, noise reduction, and other enhancements. Memory configuration includes 64 MB DDR2 RAM, paired with optional onboard SPI-NAND flash (128 MB) or micro-SD card storage depending on variant. The board also features a MIPI-CSI camera interface, USB 2.0 (host/device), 10/100 Mbps Ethernet with embedded PHY, and a collection of GPIO pins for hardware expansion. Ideal for embedded vision and AI applications—such as smart cameras, lightweight robotics, home automation, or industrial monitoring—the Pico enables developers to prototype AI-driven systems in a tiny footprint. It runs a Linux kernel (5.10-based) with support for camera and NPU functions via custom drivers.Specifications
