The EDATEC ED-CM4COOLER-B is a passive heatsink designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4), offering efficient thermal management for industrial and embedded applications. Crafted from high-quality aluminum with a black anodized finish, this heatsink measures 55mm x 40mm x 13.5mm and features a top-mount, bolt-on attachment method for secure installation. Weighing approximately 40g, it provides a lightweight yet robust solution to dissipate heat generated by the CM4's CPU, wireless module, and power management unit (PMU). The heatsink includes three thermal-conductive pads that ensure optimal contact with the CM4's components, effectively lowering the operating temperature by up to 20°C under full load conditions. Additionally, four nylon washers (1.5mm and 3mm height) are provided to prevent damage to the board-to-board connector and ensure proper alignment during installation.
