The Sipeed MAix BiT is a compact, high-performance AI and IoT development board powered by a RISC-V 64-bit dual-core processor designed to enable edge AI applications. Built on the powerful K210 AI chip architecture, it integrates an advanced neural network processor, capable of running complex deep learning models such as Tiny-YOLO, MobileNet, and TensorFlow Lite, making it ideal for image recognition, audio processing, and sensor fusion tasks. The board supports various peripherals, including an onboard 2.4-inch IPS color LCD display, a camera interface compatible with OV2640/OV5640 sensors, and an onboard microphone. This setup allows developers to build smart vision and audio applications effortlessly. For connectivity, MAix BiT features an onboard ESP32 module, enabling Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2, which facilitates IoT integration and wireless data exchange. Designed with user convenience in mind, the board offers multiple interfaces including UART, SPI, I2C, and GPIO pins, supporting a broad range of sensors and actuators. It’s programmable through familiar environments like Arduino IDE and MaixPy, accelerating AI prototyping and embedded development. With USB-C power input and an array of expansion options, the MAix BiT is suitable for applications in smart homes, industrial automation, and portable AI devices.
