About this item
The Geekworm KVM-A4 V2.0 Kit is a comprehensive open-source hardware solution designed to convert the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W into a powerful KVM-over-IP device, allowing remote control of servers and computers through a web browser. This kit is ideal for managing headless systems by providing full hardware-level access without relying on remote ports or software services. It includes essential components such as the X630 HDMI to CSI-2 module for video capture, the X630-A4 expansion board that adds Ethernet connectivity, cooling, a real-time clock, and power input, the X630-A5 adapter board for connecting to a PC case’s motherboard and I/O panel, a 0.96-inch OLED display for system status, and necessary cables for Ethernet and ATX control signals. The device supports HDMI Full HD capture using the TC358743 chip, OTG keyboard and mouse support, and mass storage drive emulation. It features a hardware real-time clock powered by a CR1220 coin battery and solid-state relays that protect the Raspberry Pi’s GPIO pins from computer and electrostatic discharge spikes. Additionally, the kit offers ATX control via an RJ45 connector, enabling remote switching on/off, reset, and monitoring of HDD and power LED status. Designed exclusively for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, the KVM-A4 V2.0 Kit provides a reliable and efficient solution for remote system management and maintenance.Specifications
