The BeagleBone Blue is a compact, all-in-one Linux-based robotics controller designed for mobile and embedded robotics applications. Built around the Octavo Systems OSD3358 system-in-package, it features a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor, 512MB DDR3 RAM, and 4GB eMMC flash storage. The board provides integrated Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1 (and BLE), a 9-axis IMU, barometer, and supports 2-cell LiPo batteries with built-in management. It includes dedicated motor control interfaces for 4 DC motors with encoders, 8 servos, and is compatible with popular software platforms such as Debian Linux, ROS, and ArduPilot.
