The SparkFun ISL29125 RGB Light Sensor Breakout (SEN‑12829) is a compact I²C module that accurately measures visible red, green, and blue light intensity while rejecting infrared interference. Operating at 3.3 V with just ~56 µA typical current draw and delivering 16‑bit color readings, it’s ideal for color detection, light logging, or creative lighting control projects. It features an optional interrupt pin for threshold alerts, and its breakout board simplifies integration with microcontrollers.
