The 7Semi MLX90640 Thermal Camera Breakout is a compact, high-performance infrared imaging sensor ideal for non-contact temperature measurement. With a 110° x 75° field of view, it captures wide-area thermal data in real time. It accurately measures temperatures from -40°C to 300°C with ±2°C accuracy and features a programmable refresh rate (0.5Hz to 64Hz). Operating on 3.3V/5V with low power consumption (<23mA), it integrates easily via I2C. Factory calibrated and offering a NETD of 0.1K RMS, it's perfect for R&D, predictive maintenance, building inspection, and thermal monitoring in industrial and safety-critical applications.
