The SparkFun GPS-RTK2 Board – ZED-F9P (Qwiic) is a high-precision GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) receiver designed to deliver centimeter-level accuracy using Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning technology. Powered by the u-blox ZED-F9P module, this board supports multi-band GNSS signals including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou, making it highly reliable and accurate for demanding navigation and surveying applications. With RTK technology, the GPS-RTK2 can correct satellite signal errors in real time by using a base station or network, allowing users to achieve precision positioning within a few centimeters — a major improvement over standard GPS accuracy. This makes it ideal for applications such as precision agriculture, drone navigation, autonomous vehicles, robotics, and geospatial data collection. The board is designed for ease of use, featuring SparkFun’s Qwiic connector for quick I²C integration, as well as UART and USB interfaces for flexibility. It supports high data update rates and comes with integrated RTCM correction message support for smooth RTK operation.
