About this item

The Sipeed LicheePi 4A is a high-performance RISC‑V single-board computer designed for Linux-based development and edge computing. At its heart lies the TH1520 SoC, which combines four powerful Xuantie C910 cores clocked at 1.85 GHz, paired with a dedicated C906 core for audio processing and a 4-TOPS INT8 NPU for AI acceleration. Graphics and compute tasks are handled by its Imagination B-series GPU, capable of supporting OpenCL, OpenGL ES, Vulkan, and Android NN HAL. Memory-wise, it supports up to 16 GB of 64-bit LPDDR4X RAM and can be equipped with up to 128 GB of onboard eMMC, alongside expandable storage via micro‑SD. Connectivity is both rich and flexible—dual Gigabit Ethernet ports (one with PoE support), multiple USB 3.0 ports, HDMI 2.0, and MIPI DSI for dual 4K display output, plus MIPI CSI camera support for high-resolution video input. Audio I/O includes onboard microphones, a speaker header, and a 3.5 mm jack. The board supports a wide range of power options—12 V barrel jack, PoE, or USB‑C. With hardware and software support for multiple Linux distributions (Debian, Fedora, OpenWrt, OpenEuler), the LicheePi 4A offers unmatched RISC‑V SBC performance for both learning and real-world applications.
