The Sipeed M1n Module AI Development Kit is a compact, cost-effective solution designed for edge AI applications, powered by the Kendryte K210 dual-core 64-bit RISC-V processor. Despite its ultra-small footprint, this module packs significant computational capability with a built-in neural network processor (KPU), making it ideal for real-time AI tasks such as image classification, object detection, face recognition, and keyword spotting. The K210 chip includes a FPU (floating-point unit), FFT accelerator, AES/DES encryption hardware, and DMA controller, allowing the module to handle complex algorithms efficiently. With integrated SRAM and onboard flash memory, the M1n is perfect for embedded applications that require speed, intelligence, and low power consumption. The development kit breaks out essential I/O for rapid prototyping, including UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO, and PWM. It supports a camera interface (DVP) and display output (SPI LCD), making it ideal for smart vision projects. The M1n module is programmable using the MaixPy (MicroPython) framework or Kendryte SDK, with support for training models using mainstream frameworks like TensorFlow Lite.
