About this item

The Sipeed Lichee Nano WiFi Module is an ultra-compact, Linux-capable development board designed for embedded and IoT applications. It is based on the Allwinner F1C100s SoC, which features an ARM926EJ-S processor running at up to 900 MHz, and comes with 32 MB of integrated DDR memory. The board includes 16 MB of onboard SPI flash and supports additional storage through an SD card or eMMC. Measuring just 25.4 × 33 mm, it delivers a powerful solution in an extremely small form factor. Designed to drive LCD displays, the module includes a 40-pin RGB LCD connector supporting resolutions up to 1024×600 and can handle 720p video decoding. For connectivity, it offers WiFi support through an SDIO interface and provides multiple I/O options, including SPI, I²C, UART, USB OTG, TV-out, PWM, audio output, mic input, and LRADC. It supports both 5 V via micro-USB and 3.3–5 V via its headers. Power consumption is modest, making it suitable for portable and battery-powered applications. The Lichee Nano WiFi Module supports a variety of operating systems and development environments, including Linux (BSP and mainline), xboot (bare-metal), and RTOS frameworks like RT-Thread, making it a versatile choice for developers and hobbyists alike.
