The ATmega16A-PU is a powerful and versatile 8-bit microcontroller from Atmel's AVR family, widely used in embedded systems and electronics projects. It features the enhanced AVR RISC architecture, which combines high performance and low power consumption. The microcontroller operates at clock speeds up to 16 MHz, enabling fast and efficient execution of instructions. With 16 KB of Flash memory, the ATmega16A-PU provides ample space for program storage, making it suitable for complex applications. It also includes 1 KB of SRAM for data storage and 512 bytes of EEPROM for non-volatile memory needs.
