With its corrosion-resistant plastic housing and magnetic reed switch mechanism, it boasts long-lasting performance even in harsh conditions, making it perfect for hydroponics, saltwater and freshwater tanks, aquariums, pet bowls, and gardening systems. The sensor includes a buoyant float (approx. 24 × 17 mm) that tilts with rising or falling liquid, moving the reed switch at thresholds between ~15° to 20°, within a total float swing of ~70°. It supports up to 110 V DC switching and handles 0.5 A pulse current, 1 A continuous current, with a contact resistance under 100 Ω and breakdown voltage up to 220 V DC.
