The sensing element consists of copper-nickel (CuNi) alloy wires known as constantan, which provide consistent electrical resistance changes when strain is applied, enabling precise detection of even minor deformations. This strain gauge can withstand strains up to 2%, making it suitable for both dynamic and static load measurements, and offers a fatigue life exceeding one million cycles for long-term reliability. Operating between -30 °C and +80 °C, it performs well under varying environmental conditions. With a sensitivity coefficient ranging from 2.00 to 2.20 and a resistance tolerance of ±0.1%, the BF350 ensures highly accurate and stable output.
