The 10A DC-DC Step-down Adjustable Constant Voltage Module is a robust buck converter designed for high-power applications requiring precise voltage regulation. Its input range spans from 7V to 40V, while the output is continuously adjustable between 1.25V and 35V, allowing flexibility for a wide variety of uses. The device supports a maximum current of 10A (with sustained operation recommended at up to 8A using additional cooling) and can deliver power up to approximately 300W. Efficiency is rated at 95%, thanks to features like four high-frequency capacitors for low output ripple, dual heat sinks, an independent MOS Schottky diode sink, large inductors using Sendust cores, and heavy-duty pure copper wiring for optimal thermal and electrical performance. Fine-tuning is made easy with onboard multiturn (3296) potentiometers—one for voltage (CV) and the other for current (CC) adjustment. Ideal for applications such as high-power LED drivers, lithium or lead battery charging, vehicle-mounted power supplies, laptop battery charging, and regulated low-voltage systems. It supports wide battery charging voltages like 6V, 12V, 14V, and 24V. At room temperature, it operates stably; temperatures exceeding 65°C may require a cooling fan.
