The Orange PLA+ 1.75 mm 3D Printing Filament (1 kg) – Pearl White blends enhanced mechanical strength with a sleek, lustrous appearance, making it ideal for both functional parts and decorative prints. As part of the PLA+ family, this material offers superior toughness, smoother layer adhesion, and less brittleness than standard PLA. Engineered with tight manufacturing tolerances—±0.1 mm diameter and ±0.5 mm roundness—the filament delivers consistent extrusion and minimizes clogs or dimensional errors. While the exact pearl white color variant isn't detailed, PLA+ grades typically print best between 200–220 °C, often about 20 °C higher than standard PLA, with a heated bed set around 50–60 °C for optimal adhesion. From mechanical tests, PLA+ formulations commonly exhibit elongation at break values around 29%, compared to just 5% for standard PLA, and an Izod impact strength of approximately 7 kJ/m², roughly double that of regular PLA, making printed parts more durable and resistant to cracking.
