This is the wireless-enabled Pico, and it's worth separating what you're paying for into two very different things — because they're not the same kind of upgrade.

The header is the easy part to explain: factory-soldered pins so you skip the soldering bench and go straight to a breadboard. That's pure convenience, not capability — nothing computes faster or does more because those pins are attached.

The wireless chip is the real upgrade. The Infineon CYW43439 on this board adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 (Classic + BLE) — a capability the bare Pico and Pico H simply don't have, no matter how the code is written. If a project needs to talk to the internet, push data to a phone, or report in from across the house, this is the only board in the family that does it without bolting on an external module.
