The STM32H750 is a high-performance microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit core, running at up to 480 MHz. It features a floating-point unit supporting both single and double-precision operations, DSP instructions, and a memory protection unit for enhanced security. It includes 128 KB flash memory and up to 1 MB RAM, with TCM, user SRAM, and backup SRAM. The device offers advanced peripherals, including ADCs, DACs, timers, RNG, and cryptographic support, along with rich I/O and communication interfaces.
