The SEN-14193 Air Quality Breakout from SparkFun is a compact sensor module featuring the CCS811 chip, designed to monitor indoor air quality by detecting Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOCs) and equivalent CO₂ (eCO₂) levels. Utilizing a metal oxide (MOX) sensor, it provides measurements ranging from 400 to 8,192 ppm for eCO₂ and 0 to 1,187 ppb for TVOCs. The module operates via I²C communication, supporting both 3.3V and 5V systems. With integrated processing capabilities and low-power modes, it's suitable for applications like air purifiers, smart home systems, and portable environmental monitoring devices.
