The STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx connectivity line microcontrollers are built on the high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core, operating at up to 72 MHz. They feature high-speed embedded memory, with up to 256 KB of Flash and 64 KB of SRAM, and a comprehensive set of peripherals and enhanced I/Os connected via dual APB buses.These MCUs integrate two 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers, a PWM timer, and a wide selection of communication interfaces, including up to two I²C, three SPI, two I²S, five USARTs, USB OTG FS, and two CAN controllers. Ethernet connectivity is available exclusively on the STM32F107xx devices.Operating over a wide temperature range (-40°C to +105°C) and powered from a 2.0V to 3.6V supply, these microcontrollers are well-suited for energy-efficient designs, thanks to multiple power-saving modes.
