The STM32F103xC, STM32F103xD, and STM32F103xE performance line microcontrollers feature a high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core running at 72 MHz. They include high-speed embedded memory, with up to 512 KB of Flash and up to 64 KB of SRAM, along with a comprehensive set of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected via two APB buses.These devices are equipped with three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers plus two PWM timers, and a wide range of communication interfaces including up to two I²C ports, three SPI ports, two I²S ports, one SDIO interface, five USARTs, USB, and CAN connectivity.
