The STM32F103xC, STM32F103xD, and STM32F103xE performance line microcontrollers are built around a high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core running at 72 MHz. They feature high-speed embedded memory with up to 512 KB of Flash and up to 64 KB of SRAM, along with a broad set of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected via two APB buses.These devices include three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers plus two PWM timers, and a rich selection of communication interfaces: up to two I²C ports, three SPI ports, two I²S ports, one SDIO interface, five USARTs, USB, and CAN connectivity.
