The DFRobot Fermion VL6180X ToF Distance Ranging Sensor Breakout is a compact and high-precision sensor designed for accurate distance measurement using Time-of-Flight (ToF) technology. Unlike traditional infrared sensors that measure reflected light intensity, the VL6180X uses laser-based ToF sensing to directly measure how long it takes for a light signal to bounce back from a target.
