The STM32F103xx medium-density performance line family is powered by the high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core, running at 72 MHz. It features high-speed embedded memory, including up to 128 Kbytes of Flash and 20 Kbytes of SRAM. This family offers a wide range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. Each device includes two 12-bit ADCs, three general-purpose 16-bit timers (plus one PWM timer), and a variety of communication interfaces, such as up to two I2C and SPI interfaces, three USARTs, a USB, and a CAN.
