How do I return an item?
To return an item:
Log in to your Elemart account.
Go to your Order History and select the order you want to return.
Click Return Item and follow the prompts.
Print the return shipping label and package your item securely.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
